Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Curate thought leadership summits with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Build predictive models for climate-tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Mentain a 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking 200+ emerging signals quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published work on 2020s technology disruption (IEEE/Springer preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic foresight implementations
- Exceptional storytelling for complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
