Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation pipelines aligned with future market shifts
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core offerings
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and future-state roadmaps to guide organizational decision-making
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion future-ready talent development programs and organizational culture transformation
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using advanced KPIs and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite advisory roles with proven impact on future-oriented transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative trend analysis
- Demonstrated success in translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing innovation teams and complex projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategic innovation (e.g., books, white papers)
