Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 strategic vision through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and nurture an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Architect frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI and market adaptation
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption mapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
