Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for breakthrough research
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Author white papers and industry reports on emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints using Design Thinking methodologies for futuristic product development
- Represent the company at global tech summits including Web Summit and Davos Tech Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record commercializing quantum/AI innovations (3+ products/ventures)
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal detection)
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE Futures) or equivalent industry authority
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation strategy
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
