Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution for Fortune 500 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop predictive models for market shifts and societal transformations
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Global network of futurists and industry disruptors
