Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology trends and market disruptions
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Champion human-centered design principles across all future-facing initiatives
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee the development of 2026-ready prototypes and pilot programs
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
