Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive trends shaping 2026+ markets (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Design and lead multi-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global market transformations
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across 500+ employee organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
