- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions for emerging markets
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitive intelligence and emerging technologies in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published work in futures research or innovation strategy (journal articles, white papers)
