- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3, biotech, and energy sectors
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with data-driven scenarios and strategic recommendations
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend forecasting for Fortune 500 companies or tech unicorns
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
