Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Framework, guiding R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps
- Host quarterly Future Labs with industry pioneers and thought leaders
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' strategic brief for stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
