Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' 2026 Vision Lab - our R&D incubator for breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs worldwide
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, AI ethics, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and innovation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published futurism work or successful innovation initiatives
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese preferred)
