Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological breakthroughs, and societal trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and quantum computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation business models and value propositions
- Produce strategic roadmaps for clients navigating Web3, biotech convergence, and autonomous ecosystems
- Build predictive models using proprietary AI tools to quantify disruption risks and opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or long-term trend analysis
- Experience facilitating executive strategy sessions with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong command of predictive modeling and data visualization tools (Python, Tableau)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
