Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published author or thought leader in future-tech publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) required
