Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling disruptive ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar) preferred
