Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy spanning quantum applications, neural interfaces, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-generation solutions
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 5-10 year horizon impacts (e.g., synthetic biology, AI autonomy)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-create future standards
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor talent in future-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile innovation environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of long-term innovation roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
