Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across technology, climate, and socioeconomic domains
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives modeling 3-5 year global market evolutions
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies ahead of market adoption curves
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and risk-assessment reports for stakeholders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies identifying disruptive opportunities
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Council' workshops with industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation pipeline development targeting 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
