Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for future-tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor teams in futuristic thinking methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching futuristic products with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with complex technical concepts
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
