Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in future-tech domains

- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent (2020-2024)
- Proven track record of scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Security clearance (active or eligible)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2024 tech innovations
