Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent 15+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or biotech breakthroughs
- Proven track record leading teams that launched unicorn-scale tech ventures
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge architecture
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic standards
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Go)
- Certification in sustainable tech lifecycle management (ISO 20400)
