Responsibilities

- Design ethical governance models for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists and intrapreneurs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
