Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on wind turbines up to 300 feet tall
- Operate hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies
- Climb turbine towers safely using fall protection equipment
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Travel to regional wind farm locations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no bachelor's degree required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to complete paid technical training program
- Basic computer skills for reporting systems
