Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple distribution channels
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations using WMS software
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to relocate to Philadelphia with flexibility for occasional travel
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
