Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of trucks and optimize storage space utilization
- Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation of all processes
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
