Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand, forklift, or pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
