Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for damage and accuracy against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for overtime as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
