Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (full training provided)
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
Qualifications
- No degree or college experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
