Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces with proper labeling and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (entry-level welcomed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
