Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently during night shift hours
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records in WMS
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Train on new equipment and processes as company evolves
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
