Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship products while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check required
