Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) provided by the company
- Manage inventory and organize stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Load/unload shipments using company-provided protective gear
- Maintain accurate records through digital systems and handheld devices
- Follow strict safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in equipment maintenance training sessions
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with company-provided supportive footwear
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to operate machinery after company-provided training
- Reliable transportation to the Cincinnati facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with company-provided ergonomic aids
- Positive attitude and commitment to team goals
