Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the software.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX, and provide proof of funds for the move.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
