Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Monitor production metrics and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (ISO, OSHA).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and blueprints.
- Oversee the installation and startup of new machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between facilities if required.
