Responsibilities
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Design, test, and implement new manufacturing protocols and machinery layouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and ISO quality standards across all production lines.
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to translate technical requirements into scalable production processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during complex problem-solving sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and statistical analysis tools.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of reducing waste and improving production efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
