Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Support 500+ users across 3 office locations
- Lead hardware refresh and system upgrade projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Strong background in Windows Server administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid US driver's license (for site visits)
