Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architecture on AWS/Azure
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits
- Mentor junior architects and conduct technical reviews
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure with 5+ years in architecture roles
- Expert AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
