Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ enterprise clients
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) deployments
- Lead cybersecurity incident response protocols
- Develop automation scripts for system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud support roles
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent experience
- Expertise in network security protocols (VPN, firewalls)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
