Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient care tasks including vital signs and medication preparation
- Perform basic administrative duties including appointment scheduling and record management
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments following OSHA guidelines
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during healthcare visits
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
