Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support new nurses through mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or eligible for compact license
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT/J1)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments
