Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures accurately
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Provide patient and family education on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain immediately
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathways available)
