Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic testsAdminister medications and injections under supervisionMaintain accurate patient records and electronic health recordsSchedule appointments and manage patient flowPrepare exam rooms and sterilize equipmentProvide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- California Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
