Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex manufacturing machinery and production lines to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine quality control checks and inspections to maintain strict industry standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
- Document production data accurately and maintain organized workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and logging.
