Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial equipment following manufacturer specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize equipment performance
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and parts procurement
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience
- Certification in industrial machinery systems (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY (assistance provided)
