Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to identify recurring technical trends.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support business continuity.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
