Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and patch management
- Train end-users on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Certifications in Azure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
