Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of high-transaction fintech applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct rigorous testing and performance optimization for cloud-native systems
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across engineering teams
- Represent engineering in cross-functional sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record architecting scalable microservices systems
- Strong background in fintech or high-transaction domains
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
