Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans between medical staff and families
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Conduct patient intake assessments and monitor treatment progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination experience
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or equivalent
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
