Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications under RN supervision with precise dosage tracking
- Maintain clean, sanitized clinical environments following OSHA standards
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during healthcare visits
Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Valid California CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Fluency in English with Spanish language skills highly valued
- Background clearance and negative TB test mandatory
