Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams via secure digital platforms
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans remotely
- Document clinical encounters in EHR systems with precision
- Participate in emergency response protocols via telehealth triage
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Conduct remote health education for patients and families
Qualifications
- BSN or higher in Nursing from accredited institution
- Active RN license (or eligible for TN endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for TN visa sponsorship (J-1/H1B)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
