Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Document patient progress and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Maintain clean, safe environments following OSHA guidelines
- Transport patients to medical appointments and therapies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Strong communication and documentation skills
