Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Maintain field cleanliness, including weed control and irrigation management.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Inspect equipment for any maintenance issues before use.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to apply for an H2A Visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with farm equipment is a plus but not required.
